Weekend Retreat 

 

  1.    Booking Policy

1.1  A retreat application fee of $495AUD is required before your application will be assessed.

1.2  If your application is not accepted or the retreat is fully booked, your application fee will be refunded to you in full.

1.3  If your application is accepted and your booking confirmed, your application fee will serve as a non-refundable deposit and be deducted from the balance owing on your retreat

1.4  Guests must be at least 18 years of age to attend the retreat.

1.5  It is a condition of participation that all retreat participants will stay onsite and in the accommodation allocated unless agreed with the organiser. It is not possible to stay in other accommodation and attend retreat activities.

1.6 The organisers will do their best to provide your preferred accommodation option but can make no guarantees. If your first preference is not available, you will be advised of other available accommodation options (e.g., twin share or shared bathroom) and given the option of changing your booking or cancelling your booking and receiving a refund of your deposit paid.

1.7 By making payment of a deposit or full payment for your retreat booking, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions.

  1.    Payment Policy

2.1 If you have secured an early-bird discount, you must pay the full balance owing by the due date indicated at the time of your booking. If the balance of fees owing is not paid by the due date, you may choose to switch to a payment plan option, in which case the full (non-discounted) fee will be payable. There is no payment plan option on early-bird prices.

2.2 If you have chosen a payment plan, instalments must be paid monthly on the dates indicated on your invoice.

2.3 Whether you choose to pay in full or by instalments, full retreat fees must be paid in full at least 60 days prior to the commencement of the retreat. If full fees are not received 60 days prior to the retreat start date, you risk losing your deposit and your place being re-sold to someone on the waiting list.

2.4 Retreat fee includes accommodation, meals and workshop activities.

2.5 Guests are responsible for covering the cost of travel to and from the retreat, travel insurance if required, and any additional, optional services such as massages or spa treatments which might be available onsite during the course of the retreat.

  1.    Cancellation Policy

3.1 If a guest cancels their retreat booking, the following conditions apply:    

      • If notice of cancellation is received 90+ days before the start date of your booked retreat, 100% of any fees paid (less non-refundable deposit of $495) will be refunded to you.
      • If notice of cancellation is received 60-89 days before the start date of your booked retreat, 50% of the fees paid (less non-refundable deposit of $495) will be refunded to you.
      • If notice of cancellation is received less than 60 days before the start date of your booked retreat, you will forfeit the full amount of the retreat fee.

3.2 There is no reduction in fees for arriving late or departing early, missing activities or workshops offered as part of the program.

  1.    Data Use and Protection

4.1 The organiser assures that all personal data will be treated confidentially and not be transferred to any third party other than necessary to fulfil the booking or deliver the service.

4.2 The guest agrees that he/she may be photographed and/or filmed during his/her stay and/or activities in connection with the retreat, and also agrees that such recordings may be used for promotion and/or advertising purposes.

4.3 The guest can terminate this agreement at any time via email in which case photographs and/or video footage of the guest will not be used for marketing/ purposes.
