Self-care is one of those concepts that’s become a trending hashtag and a way to sell products to women, but taking care of our own needs shouldn’t be a weekly or monthly ‘treat’. Self-care means deliberately doing things to take care of your own physical, mental and emotional needs.

Too often, we put other people’s needs ahead of our own or else we simply ignore our body’s signals and ‘push through’ when we’re under stress.

This week, I’d like you to really think about what you need and what you can put in place to take care of yourself.
