Welcome to Module One!

As we kick off our time together, this week's focus will be on understanding exactly what Imposter Syndrome (or Imposter Phenomenon) is, who it affects and how it affects you. We'll also have a look at what the research says about imposter phenomenon and the impact it has on people's lives, in particular their careers.

Most importantly this week, I'm asking you to look at exactly how imposter feelings impact you personally and asking you to set goals for this coaching program.

For you to know your time and commitment to this process is effective, what will be different? How will your thoughts, feelings and behaviours change? I look forward to chatting with you on our calls.

Learning to be mindful is the foundation of any change you want to make. I'd encourage you to practice using this guided audio daily if possible.

If you have another meditation app or other guided meditations you use, feel free. The point is simply to commit to a regular practice of mindfulness.
