Unconditional self worth

Unlike self-esteem, your self-worth is not contingent on your abilities, accomplishments or how you feel you compare to anyone else. When you have a strong sense of your innate value and an appreciation of who you are and what you have to offer, you no longer fear failure, rejection or negative feedback. You're free to take risks and make mistakes and you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that your value is not in any way tied to external markers of 'success' nor is it diminished by any perceived inadequacy or shortcoming.
