WHATS INSIDE?

As soon as you register, you'll get access to Prep Week.

There's some pre-reading and some handy self-assessments that will show your current levels of mindfulness and self-compassion.

This may not mean much to you now but when you complete the program, you could be pleasantly surprised at the improvement in your scores. And you'll know it's not just in your head. The scores are right there!

Then on 25th Feb, we'll kick off....

pi-week1

This week you’ll learn to recognise your own auto-pilot and just how much of your life happens out of your conscious awareness.
You’ll also learn what it truly means to be mindful and the difference between formal and informal mindfulness.

pi-week2

A powerful influence taking us away from being “fully present” is our tendency to judge our experience as being not quite right in some way, e.g., this is not what should be happening, not good enough, or not what we expected or wanted. This week, learn how to unhook from those thoughts so they don’t continue to hijack your mood.

pi-week3

Let’s talk about stress, baby! Understand your body’s natural stress response and how your habitual thoughts are keeping you stressed. This week you’ll also identify your most common causes of stress and some of the healthy and unhealthy coping strategies that have become habitual for you.

pi-week4

We all try to avoid unpleasant things but sometimes the things we use to feel better in the short term (food, alcohol, shopping, perfectionism, controlling etc!) only cause us more trouble in the long term. This week, you will learn a mindfulness practice that helps you comfortably manage those unpleasant feelings so that you can begin to break the unhelpful habits you’ve been using to make you feel better. That's called Freedom!

pi-week5

This week you will develop an arsenal of healthy coping strategies. By now you will be learning to tune in and notice your earliest warning signs of changes in your mood so that you can act more quickly to stop the negative spiral and take better care of your physical and mental wellbeing.

pi-week6

Tame your inner critic and learn to be kind to yourself. At the heart of mindfulness practice is the willingness to have compassion for yourself especially in the face of struggles, setbacks or perceived flaws or inadequacies. This week you will learn why self-compassion is better than self-esteem and how self-kindness is the true path to achieving success.

pi-week7

This week you will discover all the ways your mindfulness practice flows outward to the people in the world around you. You’ll learn the loving kindness meditation practice that has been proven to reduce inflammation and even disease expression in your body. You’ll also learn how mindfulness helps you to live a life that is more authentically your own.

pi-week8

You will realise by now that this is not the end of your mindfulness tuition, but just the beginning of a more mindful life; one that is aligned with your values, supports your wellbeing, and allows you to live with more ease, freedom and choices. This week you will set your intentions for living more mindfully.

pi-week9

Regular LIVE Mindfulness Masterclasses with Cass. We'll go deep into specific areas like emotional eating, improving relationships or communicating effectively.

Upon completion, you will get access to a library of meditations and I will also share with you resources that will help you continue on your mindful path.

What other participants have said

quote-1

Having never practiced meditation before I am amazed at the benefits to my mood and general positive attitude I am having to life. I have been able to push myself outside of my comfort zone in the last four weeks with a lot of success- something I am very proud of! Being aware of the physical and emotional responses I have to particular situations without judgement has made it so much easier to just accept myself for who I am - and that is so freeing it’s amazing!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! This is a great course. My workload has not changed but I am now more productive each day as my focus and awareness of what I am doing has improved!

I have gained more than I had hoped for. I was hoping to get some strategies for dealing with my emotions....I got this and so much more!

The meditation regarding unpleasant feelings was amazingly powerful for me. The first unpleasant experience that came to mind for me was quite a bad one however I went with it and actually felt safe in the meditation to feel all the things I felt and it was truly a relief.

I like that mindfulness encourages me to accept things as they are. I have noticed how resistant I am to things being the way they are and mindfulness helps me change this mindset.

When I start to stress out instead of getting lost in the tsunami of emotions inside I have been able to watch them and let them be. Pretty awesome to know that it’s okay to have “negative” feelings. I think I’ve always tried to resist them and by letting them have their space they actually move through and dissipate on their own!

I think the course content is amazing and even being a "bad" student I can definitely see how I have picked up some really good tips.

I have learnt techniques to relieve stress and it's helped me calm down enough to to resolve situations and handle them positively.
Also learnt that I can be positive towards myself and that I deserve it!

I am feeling calmer, nowhere near as angry as I was. I am listening to people with much greater interest instead of thinking what is for dinner. Even my thoughts are more positive, I am happier.
