WHATS INSIDE?
As soon as you register, you'll get access to Prep Week.
There's some pre-reading and some handy self-assessments that will show your current levels of mindfulness and self-compassion.
This may not mean much to you now but when you complete the program, you could be pleasantly surprised at the improvement in your scores. And you'll know it's not just in your head. The scores are right there!
Then on 25th Feb, we'll kick off....

This week you’ll learn to recognise your own auto-pilot and just how much of your life happens out of your conscious awareness.
You’ll also learn what it truly means to be mindful and the difference between formal and informal mindfulness.

A powerful influence taking us away from being “fully present” is our tendency to judge our experience as being not quite right in some way, e.g., this is not what should be happening, not good enough, or not what we expected or wanted. This week, learn how to unhook from those thoughts so they don’t continue to hijack your mood.

Let’s talk about stress, baby! Understand your body’s natural stress response and how your habitual thoughts are keeping you stressed. This week you’ll also identify your most common causes of stress and some of the healthy and unhealthy coping strategies that have become habitual for you.

We all try to avoid unpleasant things but sometimes the things we use to feel better in the short term (food, alcohol, shopping, perfectionism, controlling etc!) only cause us more trouble in the long term. This week, you will learn a mindfulness practice that helps you comfortably manage those unpleasant feelings so that you can begin to break the unhelpful habits you’ve been using to make you feel better. That's called Freedom!

This week you will develop an arsenal of healthy coping strategies. By now you will be learning to tune in and notice your earliest warning signs of changes in your mood so that you can act more quickly to stop the negative spiral and take better care of your physical and mental wellbeing.

Tame your inner critic and learn to be kind to yourself. At the heart of mindfulness practice is the willingness to have compassion for yourself especially in the face of struggles, setbacks or perceived flaws or inadequacies. This week you will learn why self-compassion is better than self-esteem and how self-kindness is the true path to achieving success.

This week you will discover all the ways your mindfulness practice flows outward to the people in the world around you. You’ll learn the loving kindness meditation practice that has been proven to reduce inflammation and even disease expression in your body. You’ll also learn how mindfulness helps you to live a life that is more authentically your own.

You will realise by now that this is not the end of your mindfulness tuition, but just the beginning of a more mindful life; one that is aligned with your values, supports your wellbeing, and allows you to live with more ease, freedom and choices. This week you will set your intentions for living more mindfully.

Regular LIVE Mindfulness Masterclasses with Cass. We'll go deep into specific areas like emotional eating, improving relationships or communicating effectively.
Upon completion, you will get access to a library of meditations and I will also share with you resources that will help you continue on your mindful path.
